NEA RA - the GBEA funds 10 positions to the NEA. The Executive Board has first choice. Should Board members decide not to go, the below individuals have been elected to fill openings in the following order.

WEAC RA - the GBEA Executive Board attends. That leaves 24 remaining delegates. If any of the 24 elected individuals is unable to attend, then Dave will ask #25 and after if they are still interested in attending.
